Belonging to General Management Department and reporting directly to Deputy General Manager – Finance & Administration, this position has the following missions
To provide the clerical support and handle tasks assigned by Board of Direction to ensure a smooth and safe working environment
To give the professional assistance to Board of Direction on daily works and general management
To be the helpful coordinator with Headquarter, other Virbac subsidiaries, Virbac Vietnam internal departments
To be responsible for legal documents and correspondence
To manage day-to-day office duties for the general and administrative functions to ensure the neat and tidy condition of the office
To manage the Administration team (Receptionist, Cleaner, Driver)
To ensure a good travel arrangement.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor of English, Administration, Law
Minimum 3 year experience in similar positions in multinational companies
Strong secretarial skills and administration skills
Good knowledge about general office management
Good knowledge on process of administration papers complying to Vietnam Regulations.
Problem solving and communication skills
Proficiency of English and Ms. Office
Confidential, reliable, trusted, well-organized, customer service mindset
Immediate availability is a plus.
Working place: District 3, HCMC.
