Mô tả công việc
Purpose: To manage the commercial project activity with key specifiers with sufficient technical specification within a geographical area to achieve the Company objectives as directed by the Project Sales Manager/ Project Spec Manager
- Build and extend the close relationship with key account customers:
• Understand assigned key account by surveying and approaching them.
• Expand Saint Gobain brand at construction government body, local construction network and dealers and local installers through all activities such as: Price updates, marketing activities, solution consulting….
• Set up specify plan for each customers: define the right approach and right solution main focus in winning the right solution
• To promote Company’s products and systems,solutions by regularly visiting key customers (based on Company guidelines and customer classification)
- To be responsible for the technical specification management for all projects :
• Answer customers’ technical queries in coordination with the Technical Support function
• Work collaboratively with relevant parties to ensure maximum technical and commercial advantages can be gained from the commitment of technical resource and project specification
• Coordinate with sales team to secure the wining rate of projects that specified by Saint Gobain solution
- Tailor offer the right value solutions to key customers to win key projects by all Saint Gobain solutions:
• Have deeply technical knowledge and commercial negotiation skills
• Knowledge of acoustic, fire, structural and finishing theories with ability explain the principles to others very well.
• Ability to read and understand the detailed performance specification to meet standards or requirements
• Consistently applied project selection methodology to align with the appropriate projects and contractors for dry wall penetration.
• Have deeply knowledge the traditional solutions both their strong points and weak points to point out them to customers aim to convert the Saint Gobain value solutions.

• Technical bachelor is a priority
• Minimum 3-5 year experience in the same position
• Excellent in presentation skill to easily communicate with audiences in Vietnamese and English
