Job title: O2O - Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location : Ho Chi Minh City
Level: Manager
Position type: Full-time
Job category: Business Development
Travel required: 40% working time
Reporting to: Head of Business Development
Salary: Competitive
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Acquire new merchants to generate revenue with careful planning and execution
- Continuously maintain relationships with merchants to ensure their performance with our company’s solutions
- Collaborate with and influence multiple parties/departments from inside and outside the company in order to finalize the agreements (NDA, MOU, Contract and other legal documents).
- Strictly follow-up the execution process to ensure everything is on the right track.
- Participate in public events (e.g. forums, conferences, discussion, etc.) to keep up with new market trends and identify business opportunities/potential prospects
- Be in-charge of other facilitating activities to ensure smooth operations with other departments such as planning, budgeting, performance management, training and development
- Participate in financial product cross-sale activities to customers of merchants (e.g. design suitable offerings)

Yêu cầu công việc

Education and Qualifications:
- University degree in business, marketing, finance or economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant acquisition
- Working experience in sectors such as banking, fintech, mobile application, e-commerce (key account manager), F&B is a plus
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication, interaction and influence skills
- A team player with a “can do” mindset and strong sense of adaptation and flexibility
- Ability to network, self-motivate and take charge
- Ability to self-motivate and motivate other people.
