Mô tả công việc
The job-holder will be responsible for control of HR activities and propose HR initiatives aligned with company business direction, including but not limited to the following:
1) Recruitment & Training
• Make and implement recruitment plan, ensuring acquisition of suitable candidates with the right time and cost
• Implement activities to enhance Employer branding.
• Maintain relationship with recruiting agents.
• Conduct Orientation Training for new-comers.
• Conduct training need analysis, build up annual training & development plan and implement training programs accordingly.
2) Compensation & Benefit
• Be in charge of monthly Payroll, PIT, Social Insurance, Reward & Benefit.
• Respond to employees’ concerns in HR-related matters.
• Assist Manager in reviewing & building salary structure, annual increment & bonus policy.
3) HR Planning
• Proactively propose HR initiatives, review HR policy and procedures.
• Control human resources operation and deploy annual HR programs.
• Establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee engagement.
Work Location: Plot G2, Thang Long Industrial Park II, Yen My, Hung Yen

Yêu cầu công việc
• University Graduate.
• 3-5 years’ experiences in HR, strongly preferred in HR Generalist position
• Good knowledge and understanding of Labor Code and HR-related law and Labor market
• Good command of English.
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good problem-solving, communication and agile learning ability
• Can-do attitude
