- Establish new business relationships with planning and other potential business relationships.
- Maintaining existing business relationships, taking orders;
- Understand the effects, prices, advantages and disadvantages of products, similar products, products of competitors.
- Understand the process of customer contact, the process of handling complaints, the process of receiving and resolving customer information, fully acknowledging the forms of these processes.
- Contact customers and record all customer information in customer contact reports.
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality.
- Monitor the process of liquidation of orders, support the accounting department to urge the debt, only complete the responsibility when the customer has paid.
- Trading, learn the needs of our customers. Search for potential customers.
