- Direct and manage sales activities to maximize revenue potential.
- Develop sales strategies for assigned territories
- Coordinate with marketing functions and identify potential/new business opportunities and new market segments.
- Participating in the development and implementation of corporate programs, plans and strategies.
- Organize analysis and evaluation of the market and propose the development of new products and services
- Inspect, analyze and evaluate plan implementation of the plan
- Make timely and appropriate adjustments to achieve the set objectives
- Evaluate the performance of subordinates, identify training and development needs for departmental staff.
- Evaluate employees annual performance goals based on company orientation.
- Complete other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor/Masters Degree in E-Commerce, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, International Trade or related field. MBA is preferable.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience (with 3 years in managerial positions) with proven track of record.
- Good communication in English
- Good leadership, thinking, analytical, presentation skills
