Mô tả công việc

1. Manage Sales Location to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which are agreed with BDRH/BDAH/BDTH about:

a. Recruitment:

Approve appropriately qualified FCs in accordance with the development plan and recruitment standards;
Recruit appropriately qualified BMs/UMs in accordance with the development plan for the Sales Location as agreed with the BDRH/BDAH/BDTH;
Manage the BMs/UMs in effective recruitment and development of FCs.
b. Sales productivity:

Make up business plans with the suitable targets in each point of time for Sales Location and manage the BMs, UMs & FCs to strive for and achieve sales target;
c. Persistency ratio:

Ensure the persistency of business set for the Sales Location

2. Be responsible for ethical, compliance and misconduct matters relating to Sales Location

Ensure Sales Location operates under Dai-ichi Life Vietnams ethical standards, compliance standards and within the spirit of law;
Prevent, report and handle any compliance issues and/or misconduct cases arising relating to Sales location;
3. Manage daily operation of the Sales Office in the Block to ensure to maintain professional office environment and cost effectiveness

Administrative tasks in the Sales Location;
Relationship with local government;
Office management;
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
4. Responsible for training the FFS courses / Rookies / Agency Leaders

* Education: College/University graduated

* Experience:

- At least working as BM level in life insurance industry or have experience to management

- Experience in sales management

- Experience in sales training

- Strong written and oral English skills

- Ability to use common Office

** Computer applications

* Skills:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Strong presentation / training skills

- Proven problem solving skills

- Good people management skills

- Reporting skills (written and verbal)

* Personality:

- Highly responsible and results oriented

- Confident, dynamic, proactive

- Able to approach people and build business relationship where no initial relationship exists

- Independent, strong ability to work unaccompanied

- A positive mental attitude: open, determined, optimistic

- Teamwork spirit and reliable
