Mô tả công việc

We are looking for an experienced Operation and Logistics Manager.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a dynamic person with the necessary experience, personality, drive and skills. Experience in the furniture and decoration industry will help you to integrate fast and efficiently into a busy position.
- After a period of learning take full responsibility of major functions of the company: warehouse operations, logistics, QA/QC, planning and projects.
- Design, develop and implement strategic plans for the company in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.
- Be responsible both for running of day-to-day activities in your management areas and developing long-term plans and strategies of the organization
- Motivate, train and mentor staff and workforce
- Manage workforce, customers, budget, the companys assets and other company resources to make the best use of them and increase the companys profitability
- Provides managerial leadership, coaching/feedback and development for direct reports.
- Ensure appropriate policies and controls and measurement processes are in place for the logistics organization
- Use creative thinking to address business issues, organizational challenges and recommend, innovative program improvements
- Communicate professionally with our existing/new customers, their vendors and suppliers, effectively articulating challenges/changes, root causes and the relevant solutions
- Build long term relationships with our customers’ operational management teams
- Comply with all applicable internal, external and customer safety and workplace laws and regulations
- Perform other job related duties as required
- Delivers reports and presentations to senior management & clients
- Report to Board of Director

Yêu cầu công việc

- A minimum of 5 year working experience in a similar role, preferably in the furniture industry in Vietnam
- A proven track record of devising, implementing, and achieving corporate goals
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Vietnamese) and be a clear, strategic thinker
- Good problem solving skills and effective at making decisions
- Ability to multi-task
- High level of computer literacy and tech affinity
- Mature, responsible, pleasant personality
