Mô tả công việc
- Working time: 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Saturday morning (Saturday morning working online)
- Basic Salary: 25 – 40 millions VND (negotiate)
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
- Plan and manage recruitment and selection of employees to fill job openings
- Report on the cost of HR and current/future recruitment needs
- Benchmark and manage compensation and benefits
- Administer employee discipline processes
- Handle labour disputes, complaints, grievances
- Collect and analysing employee data via internal surveys to measure employee satisfaction and develop talent retention strategies
- Identify and develop training and orientation needs for employees
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Advise and provide decision support to management through HR metrics
- Other tasks as required by BOD

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Having from 3 years experience in General Human Resource
- At least 2 year experience as HR Manager or equivalent roles
- Working for company size over 150 employees is preferred
- Good command of English
- Have a strong passion for HR field
- Solid understanding of C&B operations (Payroll, PIT, Insurance…)
- Positive thinking, open – mind and eager to learn
- Ability to build system and strategy along with leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
