Mô tả công việc

- Own/manage one or more Enterprise clients in addition to Pro and Standard clients who are using Inspectorio products
- Deliver consistent training/onboarding experiences for all clients to ensure successful adoption of Inspectorio products
- Propose, develop, and lead the execution of adoption plans and corrective action plans for customers
- Build deep, strategic relationships with key clients –working to develop long-term partnerships
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and meet defined financial targets (growth in bookings and revenue)
- Coordinate with the sales team to meet and exceed team business targets
- Collaborate with the Product team to use customer feedback to drive product development and innovation.
- Engage with the Sales and Implementation team to ensure the successful transition of Enterprise and Pro clients from the sales stage, to the implementation stage, and finally to the Customer Success stage.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 1-3 years in a customer-facing organization
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and utilize data to drive insights and adoption strategies for client accounts
- Ability to make timely decisions and have sound judgment
organized and structured thinking for planning and execution purposes.
- Experience in establishing and growing junior to senior level relationships and being seen as a trusted advisor
- Ability to collaborate within internal, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams (e.g. product management, other customer success team members, customer support, sales and operations) to deliver effective solutions to customers
- Utilize forward thinking to implement creative ways to solve complex customer challenges
