Has responsibility for the development and execution of the container sales strategy for specific geographic area and has full ownership of pricing. Key focus is ensuring delivery of container sales business objectives and targets. Strong analytical skills are mandatory to manage a dynamic pricing environment.

• Creates, articulates and drives the local strategies for different container sales segments.
• Leverages understanding of the local business environment to support development of the sales strategy.
• Maintains senior relationships with top accounts.
• Makes sales calls and actively steers towards sales successes.
• Ensures optimal activity and account management to truly understand customers and their needs.
• Oversees forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goals.
• Drives campaigns to generate a healthy pipeline and yield.
• Drives the business via the e-platform.
• Owns and drives overall pricing strategy for specific territory via analytics.
• Actively maintains relationships with the equipment and operational teams and external parties on a global basis.
• Actively steers the relationship with the service delivery team in Mumbai.

Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 3-5 years of Container Sales/Container Trading, Container Leasing related experience.
• Is recognized as a specialist with commercial mindset in own area within the organization.
• Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
• Contributes through professional knowledge and has impact on the results of their function.
• Has established network in internal peer group and participates in external peer network. Contributes to wider decision making.
• Understands the business and has a knowledge of their own functional area and the interdependencies with other functions.
• Solves complex challenges based on accurate identification of underlying factors/causes and is aware of the impact of proposed solutions outside their own immediate area.
