* WORK OBJECTIVE
- Welcoming, check-in / check-in procedures,
- Selling resort’s products and services
- Providing resort’s inside and outside necessary information to customer and mediating between resort and customer
* THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome, take care of guests, and prepare for check-in / check-out procedure.
- Update guest’s information into system
- Check guest’s booking information, make sure for fully and exactly updated booking requests.
- Welcome visitor, receive and transfer guest’s message.
- VIP, travel agents or others important guests welcoming and farewell.
- Professionally perform.
- Deal with guest’s requests and complaints.
- Know clearly product information, hotel’s rules and orientations which support for working.
- Learn by heart the way to answer phone according to company’s rules.
- Having selling skills on phone.
- Know how to reply and manage emails.
- Complete tasks from manager at the end of shift.
- Pay attention to guest.
- Give introduction and instruction of what they should do and where they should go for different kinds of guests.
- Qualification : Vocational, college, university graduation
- Major: Economic, Foreign language, Tourism.
- Certificate: English, Informatics.
- Experience: 1-2 year at similar level in hotel/resort in Vietnam
- Knowledge: Having knowledge about natural, social, geography and historical.
- Language skills: Speaking Korean and English fluently.
- Abilities: Using outlook, word, excel, power point.
