Tuyển dụng BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

- Develop and build long term strategic relationship with assigned and prospect client(s):
+ Understand assigned client(s) and identify areas for growth / improvements
+ Identify potential clients and move them to become the current clients
+ Develop strong relationship with key decision makers to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty
+ Prepare proposals in prior any negotiations
+ Negotiate and keep track on terms of contracts
+ Resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner
+ Analyze reports to propose and implement weekly/ monthly/quarterly sales activities and plans
- Sales strategies implementation:
+ Plan and implement promotion, launching new products and related tasks
+ Survey, update market information, promotions,... of competitors to the Board of Directors and then propose appropriate business policies
- Data analyst:
+ Synthesize data from different sources to analyze data related to customers, consumption behavior,…
+ Prepare and report to management about the Companys activities (sales, revenue, prices, competitors, ...)

- Salary: 10.000.000 vnd - 22.000.000 vnd

- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development and relevant field
- Excellent in data analysis
- Experiences to work with Distribution or Agent channel
- Experiences in market, distribution system development
- Strong organizational skill and business mindset.
- Good communication skills in English or Indonesian
