Mô tả công việc

1. Support partners with documents & processes
- Coordinate with partners & internal departments to prepare the contract, annex, operations process, sales process…
2. Enhance/adjust system for appropriate with business features of each partner
- Coordinate with internal departments to prepare infrastructure for sales scheme of each project
- Coordinate with internal departments to prepare infrastructure to develop new products, new procedures…
3. Consolidate monthly commission report for partners
- Coordinate with internal departments to reconcile monthly commission payment for partners
4. Handle inquiries & complaints from partners
- Coordinate with internal departments to solve the complaints for partners
5. Provide solution to handle complaint for partner
- Coordinate with internal department to review & proposes solution to handle complaint for partners, ensure to maintain the win-win relationship between Manulife & partners
6. Manage commission / bonus data
- Manage commission / bonus data for partners & sales team. Perform the report as Manager’s request.
7. Response /recalculate deduction
- Coordinate with internal departments to response/recalculate for sales team about the deduction
8. Support colleagues to fulfill their tasks
- Coaching & training staffs to ensure for their best performance
- Monitor & manage staff’s performance to support timely
9. Propose initiatives to create efficiency
- Suggest ideals, initiatives, procedures to build up professional, automation working environment
10. Other assigned tasks
- Back up for Colleagues
- Perform other tasks when assigned by direct management
