Mô tả công việc
• Provide translation; T&E and/or AON claim when required
• Provide administration activities including, order business card, office refreshments, supply others, any employee related activities, arrange visas, air ticket & accommodation, and necessary paperwork to visit/work in Vietnam, airport passes etc.
• Liaise on & handle all administration tasks with external suppliers and vendors (ex: teambuilding, YEP…ect).
• Take responsibility on the payment management (such as office rental, visa, taxi, drinking water, courier, stationery, airfare, employee related activities expense, any supply others, etc.)
• Support any official letter and dispatch to HCM/HN/DN/CR as per request.
• Handle Petty Cash for administration activities.
• Monitoring & Controlling all employee related expenses of HCM & DME
• Support SHRM to arrange annual health check for HCM/DME staff yearly accordingly
• Vendors, visitor, VIP supporting: Visa, airport passs relating document
• Provide monthly report to O&C (accrual, T&E, petty cash replenishment)
1 Recruitment & Training Support
• Source manpower needed through newspaper, labor agencies, colleges or universities and other institutions for N-K in HCM as well as for other smaller airport Contact with searching agencies to receive profiles, screening and recommend to relevant level and arranging interview when required.
• Organizing company events, meetings, trainings, employee rewards or other activities.
• Provide all arrangements for new hires, e.g. workstation setup; stationary and other administration arrangements when required.
2 C&B support
• Support SHRM in doing and updating ERA/Uniform budget in quarterly/yearly
• Handle employee uniforms in line with the approved budget
• Annual leave tracking for supporting staff in Hochiminh

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Educational Requirements: University Degree or equivalent
2. Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in administration and/or secretarial role (experience in retail or other service related industry is an advantage).
3. Critical knowledge & skills:
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Highly energetic and super organized;
• Fluent in English – both oral and written;
• Can work under high pressure.
• Typing speed 40-50 words per minute (both Vietnamese and English);
• Proficient in using MS stools, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
