Mô tả công việc

The Accor Plus Member Executive is responsible for being the representative of Accor Plus at Novotel Phu Quoc and for successfully promoting and selling Accor Plus memberships to guests of Novotel Phu Quoc
This role reports to the Program Manager of Accor Plus Ho Chi Minh
• 12 noon – 9:00 pm from Wednesdays - Sundays
• Dinner break from 5pm – 6pm
• Rest Days: Mondays & Tuesdays
• Sell memberships to hotel guests
• Oversee the sales process at each stage - from presentation to signing up of application forms and the timely submission of completed application forms to the Manila Accor Plus office
• Provide customer service to Accor Plus members
• Attend to walk-in and call-in inquiries for Accor Plus
• Develop, build, and manage a client base of members joined at the Novotel Phu Quoc
including conducting 2 weeks, 4th and 8th month courtesy calls
• Define and develop reporting on sales pipeline and performance KPI’s.
• Work with the Program Manager to develop and execute hotel sales initiatives
• Prospect new clients via referrals from members, guests and hotel staff
• Follow up on leads generated through referral drives
• Ensure that the Accor Plus table is open by 12noon until 9pm from Wednesdays to Sundays and that the Accor Plus table and surrounding area is kept neat and presentable at all times. All documents, membership collateral and company equipment under your care are to be kept safe and secure
• Ensure all payments received are remitted to Accor Plus based on the manner and time table set by Accor Plus Accounting Dept
• Assist hotel with management of members when necessary, trouble shoot customer service issues and co-ordinate directly with Program Manager for guidance on complicated issues requiring management decisions
• Provide daily sales and activity reports and co-ordinate directly with Program Manager
• Meet weekly sales target of 5 new sales
Client Relationship Management
• Maintain ongoing relationships with the all Key personnel of Novotel Phu Quoc
• Ensure customer feedback/requests are handled promptly and forwarded to Member Services and Program Manager where appropriate
SOFITEL SAIGON PLAZA HOTEL - 39 LE DUAN (12:00 - 21:00, lunch break from 15:00 to 16:00)
NOVOTEL PHU QUOC RESORT (8:00 - 17:00, lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Vietnamese National
• Bachelor degree in related field and at least 1 - 2 years’ experience
• Good command of writing and speaking English is preferable
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Be computer literate (Word/Excel)
• Having time management, planning with result focus
• Having organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload
• Customer Service and Sales Oriented
• Ability to create and have Innovative thinking
