Tuyển dụng QC/CA at Hai Duong - EXPERIENCED QC FOR FOOTWEAR FACTORY

1.         Conduct thorough inspections of footwear products at various stages of the production process, including material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product inspection.

2.         Perform visual and functional tests to identify any defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities in footwear products.

3.         Verify that all components, materials, and processes used in the production of footwear meet the required standards and specifications.

4.         Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality control procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

5.         Implement and maintain quality control checklists, inspection plans, and sampling procedures to ensure consistent product quality.

6.         Monitor and analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

7.         Investigate and analyze customer complaints or product returns related to quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

8.         Conduct regular audits of production lines, equipment, and processes to identify potential areas of improvement or non-compliance.

9.         Provide guidance and training to production staff on quality control procedures, product specifications, and quality standards.

10.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, and suppliers, to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Salary: Negotiation based on candidate's abilities. 
2. Degree: Graduated from college or higher experience - From 2 year or higher
3. Benefits: Social insurance, annual leave, holidays according to Labor law
4. Working time: From 7:30 a.m. to 16:30 pm from Monday to Saturday daily and possible overtime depending on actual work requirements
 

1.         Proven experience in quality control within a footwear manufacturing environment.

2.         Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.

3.         Proficient in conducting visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and functional tests on footwear products.

4.         Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or quality issues.

5.         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

6.         Effective communication skills to interact with production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

7.         Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

8.         Fluent English and Chinese proficiency are preferred.
